Small Ingame update: Promo Back To School

So I'm guessing this is going to be a mini event that will hopefully start soon and hopefully it will come with a student character (please let it be Uter) also I don't think the Gil deal with Otto will be all that the update has because we literally just had a Gil sale

The back to school thing tells me it's gonna be another sale. I hope im wrong, or at the very least it's a decent yard sale.

Whats going on lately with these deals since the July 4 update ended
As a premium player I didn't get Mayan marge the donut deal I didn't get the dumpster cuz I had every other building
What makes them think the other players would purchase them now if not before

I got the small update too but don't know what it did.

I didn't get the "cannot locate server" message when I logged in after downloading the update. Fist time in 1 1/2 months.
