Snake Tap button on friends towns gone???

I have this issue as well. I don't think it's because I have reached a daily limit though. I have 100 friends and the first few days that I had my whacking licence (not the elite one just the one you can earn) I didn't manage to get to all my friends towns. I don't really want to buy the elite licence :cry:
