So dead characters will never appear in the game, huh?
Well, we've already had a comic book character added to our Springfield. EA is clearly getting more and more desperate and dead but iconic characters extend the life of the game a little longer.

It feels like Ned has moved on, but it might be fun to resurrect her through a quest. They could return her ghost form for every THOH event.
