So Disappointed That The Damaged Courthouse Is A Skin

I was a bit surprised when I found it was a skin to as I was expecting a new building, I really like the look of the destroyed court house buy sadly it'll never get used as the court house is in my main town and part of the design.

Would of loved for it to be a new building so I'm going to skip it and I doubt I'd ever use it in the main part of town.

I'm not disappointed nor am I surprised. I'm aware of what will be a skin and what won't and I don't need another big building with no payout. The Badlands were outside of Springfield and had no courthouse anyway. The damaged building/decoration skins are functionally much better as Halloween decorations.

It looks like the the brown house, and Kwik e marts after it's been hit by the police tank.

This is my exact reason for being disappointed, I wanted to make a badlands section in my town, I'm not going to move the courthouse to this section and I am not going to keep a destroyed courthouse in my towns design.

I went ahead and moved my courthouse and it will wear the skin permanently. One thing I somewhat like about this is that if I can't have more land, at least I don't have to squeeze yet another large building in.

If I bother to craft this at all, it will be at the end of the event after I have enough of the other decos.

Have you crafted some of the rubbish heaps? Kinda cool that they have four different looks (based on how they're rotated). People might stay away from them since their bonus/scrap ratio isn't as good as some other items, but I like 'em.

This event is a little confusing. There's the Badlands which is a part of the Springfield desert area. There's really nothing much there. Then there's the Outlands which is from the episode where the Simpson's are asked to leave Springfield by the town folk and they come upon The Outlands and sort of recreated a new Springfield. And then we have this Mad Max sort of thing happening. So, I don't know what to put where.

this is awesome, i hadn't rotated them yet. i am stoked for new junk piles for my rundown areas. plus they have the smoking animation that you can turn on and off, pretty great to have decorations with an animation
