Wow that sounds bad. Can't EA do a clone town for you? I've heard EA do that before.
I assume that is what they are now wanting to do ... they have asked for my current email and username and want me to set up a new game with a new account and start an ingame support request to be tied in with the current case.
Problem is I can't give them my current MayhemID as I am certain I made a separate note of it after last time and can't lay my hands on it.
