Thanks ... yeah I have done all of that, and double checked to make sure. Login seems to be working fine on the site again now, but making zero progress with the tech people.
Looks like they are going to refuse to sort this out if I can't give them the MayhemID which, given this wasn't a problem three months ago is troubling to say the least.
Really getting p****d off now.
