i would not get a template town, I would start over.
I also would not take one persons opinion that there is nothing else to do. I would close this ticket and try again and get someone else to look at it. Since it is now a holiday weekend I would wait until Tuesday during US Central time business hours to try again and try to get someone in the us by phone would be best, live chat or Twitter help.
