So kumiko is a permanent character...?
She is permanent, though as an episode tie in she will not be around for anyone that missed her (unless they re-release in the future).... :twisted:

Wasn't Fat Tony a limited time character who came with an episode tie-in originally, and later was worked into the game's regular storyline? It appears just about nothing is without precedent in this game by now.
