It's chance, but different from Easter in that you're guaranteed to get something worth at least 60 donuts - no fences or trees fortunately. Plus the chance aspect is a small part of the overall offer of 576 donuts + premium box. I actually prefer the chance aspect here to a deal with a fixed 'bonus' item that I might already own.
