I wouldn't say there was nothing for people who already own all the premium items offered, as the $7.99 deal is a pretty decent one - it gives a better donut per dollar rate (16.5) than the standard $19.99 offer (15). But yes, the $34.99 deal certainly seems to be geared towards attracting new premium players or existing limited premium players.
But why is that a bad thing? It isnt. Just another case of entitlement induced complaining.
