So when Springfield estate reaches 2 Billion,

How do you get to reach 2 billion? I'm maxed out with all buildings, lots of deco's etc.
I'm at 1.5 Billion and that was over a long time and lot's of grinding.
Top person in my list is at 1.9 Billion.

keep generating items until you maxout at 2b. It took me about 3 months to grind it out. Time and tediousness is why most people gave up at about 1.2-1.4b. if you want 2b then take advantage of this weekends bonus if you can

i thought i'd set the goal to hit 2b, by 1.7 i realized what a huge task/goal it really was and regretted it but it was winter and no major events going on. By that point i just wanted to see it through but now wished i'd saved the grind for leveling up- 2 birds, one stone lol

I did the same thing. I am at 1.47 billion and wanted to get to 1.5 billion, but realizing how long it was going to take I stopped after 30 minutes.

I am at 1.56 billion and it's incredibly frustrating. I am trying to farm for yachts and polo fields. Everything is 5*. Number one really does help.

All the various parts of the beach hide away helps to boost the real estate value too. Then if you buy the premium SH buildings, they will increase some more. Yes I think after you hit 2Billion, the players will be ranked according to alphabetical order. This is observed by some of you and my neighbour Safi, who has quite a few of such neighbours.

I actually wasn't going to attempt 2 billion, my plan was to just build up some tiles since my SH is pretty much done. Now... maybe I'll take a stab at it.

I have quite a few people who have 2 billion. That's extremely excessive and I honestly didn't even think it was possible. I figured it was some kind of glitch.
I mean who's gonna buy $500 million dollars worth of decorations?
