On Oct 23rd. Unless they take him out early - which has happened.

space mutant earns the currency when you send him to training

You send him to the MAG Office to 'Set Up Training Exercises'. 50 film every 4 hours.
It makes a difference. I have him in my #1 and #2 games and they're way ahead on film. I just bought him for my #3 game.

Note: There is a difference between the Space *Marshmellow* (which is the last prize of Track 1) and the Space *Mutant* (which is on sale with the Drive-In Theater). The Marshmellow helps with the films/etc., and I assume the Mutant does as well.

Every year I tell myself I'm going to get the Drive-In, and every year it just seems too expensive. Guess I'll wait one more year.

Space Mutant is one the few Gluttons in the game. More often than not when there's a Gluttons task, I'm always one character short to complete it in a single round. So after 2 years of passing, this year I've given in and bought him. Hate his cat-eating task though :s
