I'm running out of space. The game should allow people to buy more land expansion. It should also make the golden goose realty available for purchase with donuts. Each event brings more buildings but I'm not getting much extra space.

But fortunately I’m still able to squeeze in new items, as I left a lot of room for growth when i did my redesign. What i need is increase to item count, as I’m storing 100 wailing walls every time i hit the max limit. It’s slowly decaying my bonus multiplier.
I'm at the point of storing larger ( wailing walls) items as they are getting hard to hide. My multiplier is down 200% but still close to 3000. I didn't do as good a job as you do in leaving wiggle room so I'm breaking up older areas and storing them. I had to give up on the finishing touches like stop signs and parking, trees and fences, so will never look as good as @4junk3000 Storing a bunch did make the game faster, and that was a bonus. I have huge dedicated Christmas and Halloween areas that I can't bear to store, so I'm removing things based on age to free up room. I really like the town square area, it looks great.
For me, its not space but the item limit that needs to be upped. I can't even place items on all this free empty places I have....I got acres and acres worth of space that's just EMPTY because they won't up the item limit. I had to put away hundreds of designs years ago just to do 1 or 2 events. They seem to be on top of giving us a lot of space.....but thats cool and all but I can't do anything with it.....

I have every bit of land offered. But I don't place all decorations because I don't like a lot of them. Weird size, of they just don't go with anything I have placed. But I really love details, lot's of hedges, fences, trash cans. Little decorations that use up the deco limit, but not space.
Yes! My empty land is filling up fast. I’ve been buying a lot of boardwalk pieces and built up a pretty big barnacle bay marina new squid port area. I put all of this events items on there.
I just hit the limit for amount of boardwalk tiles you can have. Thats unfortunate, I need about 20 more

The Yellow Sub creates tiles and is not tied to the limit. Thats what makes it one of the must have items.
