I have to say I kinda figured they would be unplayable but still, so worth it to have a bunch of little hillbillies running around. Thanks for taking the bullet and finding out for us, I appreciate it

Let me see if I understand this. Instead of using in game cash to do the quest, you have to use doughnuts?
When you buy brendine for 100 donuts you get some quests. When you've got the last one '90 days birth' or something, you get the change, like always to finish early. That cost 30 donuts.
