you can get one as soon as u finish the first quest (24h for the three characters)

I completed those tasks as well and didnt get the egg generator.
Can you verify that you do indeed get one without having to pay donuts for it?

I've "finished" the first three quests (Homer,Ned and Ralph) and I haven't received any free egg generator. On the contrary I paid 75 donuts for the MKII that gives 300 pink eggs every 24 hours. The MKI gives 75 blue eggs every 12.hours :?
