you can choose between white, all colors or in between once you finish.

Not sure why this is a spoiler when I posted a picture showing this earlier in the thread. I just was hoping that when you paid money for them you wouldn't have to go through the process again especially since I am done with the event and have no need for the badges.

Sorry if I sounded snarky. After I posted it, I thought it may have been too much. I have no issue. I just thought it was funny that people started using spoilers in a thread that is already marked spoilers and for things that are already in the thread.

I am dismayed that I still need to go through the slow upgrade process of every cross roads. Colourful LGBT neighbourhood!

My LGTBQ is through my whole town. I only segregate my ghosts, sports enthusiasts and Egyptians.

I agree @168sean168. It would've been nice to have them all color in at once after you've gone through the original upgrade process. Mine are almost done, just a few more to go.

Speaking for myself, I think they're hard to find once they've escaped into your inventory. I know I had to make several passes to locate the ones I built.
