your guess is a good as mine. these where listed in the scorpio files in today's update. listed with all the other avialible buildings, and hopefully soon to be released buildings. however the scorpio files are pretty hard to read as you have to translate them into a readable file extension compared to normal update files which are generaly .xml files which any text reader you can open them in. the weird part is they are listed in black text which to me general means inactive coding which all the whacking day stuff is as well, and the texts changes colors for current active items, for me using dreamweaver, that is green and or blue. like all files that are read nothing is concrete till its active in game all we can do see what's there and possibilities that may or may not happen
