(Spoilers) Shadows Crossing not "completing"

Hello! 

Pretty early Story Spoilers.

I finished Shadows Crossing and got the screen where there's a summary of what happened, with my choices etc. However, I keep having a Shadows Crossing quest objective ("Travel to D'Meta's Crossing") even though the quest is finished. I can't track any other quest.

For example, in the attached screenshot, I need to meditate to talk to Solas. That quest is tracked in my Journal, but it's still Shadows Crossing's objective being shown on the right side of my screen. I double checked and Shadows Crossing is also shown as complete in my past quests.

I'm not sure if there can be issues further down the road with that bug, so I wanted to flag this already! My apologies if that bug is already known.
