I posted a couple of boats on my website a while back.

I am not sure it is part of the next update because just look at...

Satans Anvil or Worlds Largest Toilet or the Springfield Firehouse. It seems everytime I find spoilers now EA doesn't release those items right away.

I hope Judge Synder and the Courthouse are brought out in level 38. I'm going to redecorate my town as soon as the snow melts, and I'd love to have the Courthouse in the center of town where it belongs.

That said, I hope that, eventually, they release the town sundial, so I can put it in front of Town Hall when it moves.
