Looks like a lunch van, you can see two people next to the van with a plate of food? The van is in the road.

Manhole covers? There was a glitch a while back that allows you to put certain cars on the roads I have the ice cream truck, herb Powells car on the roads but I haven't moved them since that bug occurred. they have since fix that bug. I know no way other than the way that we will not mention that you would get manhole covers.
