I personally find the Miniature Nuclear Warhead to be FAR better.

Grumple is a 0.60% Money and XP increase and uses up 4 squares of land for 25 donuts.
Miniature Nuclear Warhead is a 2.25% Money and XP increase and uses 3 squares of land for 45 donuts.
