Springfield Heights buildings (level up buildings)...do you store all of them or keep some?

Aside from the production buildings (coffee shop, furniture shop, body works, marketing agency, pharma, theatre) that can't be stored (same goes for the red blazer building)...do you guys keep the level up buildings or keep them all stored so you can make room for regular buildings (that has income payout)?

I'm not a fan of the level up buildings so I'm thinking of keeping them stored. I'm going to finish off the level up buildings anyways in order to get up to the Billionaire Maison and place it. I haven't done the beach hideaway yet so I'll save that for last afterwards.

The only level up building I disliked the most is the Valet Parking.
