Springfield Heights buildings (level up buildings)...do you store all of them or keep some?

Aside from the production buildings (coffee shop, furniture shop, body works, marketing agency, pharma, theatre) that can't be stored (same goes for the red blazer building)...do you guys keep the level up buildings or keep them all stored so you can make room for regular buildings (that has income payout)?

I'm not a fan of the level up buildings so I'm thinking of keeping them stored. I'm going to finish off the level up buildings anyways in order to get up to the Billionaire Maison and place it. I haven't done the beach hideaway yet so I'll save that for last afterwards.

The only level up building I disliked the most is the Valet Parking.

  • When you max out the deluxe condo, the business center, and the parking thingy you get to choose which level to display. I found the first or second level to be much less of an eyesore then the 5th (final) level.

That having been said, I recently stored all 3 types and the private islands, 63% for all that space taken up wasnt a fair trade off anymore. As I said above, I kept out the classic (4%ea total-40%) and modern mansions (5%ea total-50%) for the 90% xp boost
  • The Classic Mansion and the Modern Mansion would be ok to keep out....I actually like those 2 buildings. Not going to leave the exclusive resort out....too big, even with the other pieces add to it.
  • I still can't believe that the hardest to max-out building collection (business centers) are only worth 2%. You'd figure they'd have the biggest multiplier.

Anyway, for anyone who does mystery boxes, storing the private islands, condos and business centers should be relatively easy. Swap them out for I&S signs and news vans until they're all gone so you don't decrease your multiplier. You save space and increase your $$$ multiplier in the process.
  • I have the modern and class mansions out in the town, and also the parking lot buildings. I believe these three have multipliers above 2 %. I stored the rest.
