Springfield heights land expansion

Speaking of SH question, I don't have any of the buildings for sale any longer other then the resort. Is this the same for everyone? At the time, I had only bought what fit, didn't know about any hidden multiplier.

Any idea why I can no longer buy SH buildings?

I vote for more SH land as well, make it look better :)

When the Monorail tunnel was released, I tried placing it last the available SH land and a message told me I needed to buy land on both sides first. So it seems that it is coming. At somepoint.
