Congrats to the winner, barry! I truly like what you did with the hover copter. If I ever have enough land to redesign my police station area, I may steal that idea.
I also really like the 3d layout with KBBL, I have never seen that before, and think it was a pretty original way to use the training walls and concrete barriers. It looks really good, especially with the other skyscrapers from the game.
Of course, I really liked Annette's layout also, especially the overall design. Maybe it can be used in a future similar contest. :)
