Yes, like Phoenix said. Put whatever store you were supposed to build for part 4 in your inventory. Then put it back out.

It was building 4 boardwalk tiles. So put them in inventory and take them out?

Edit: it will not let you put boardwalk tiles back

Wrong. You can store tiles.

Maybe its because they were the initial tiles to make my first three by three square, but it will not let me altter that section of boardwalk. What is the best and fastest way to get a hold of EA?

Here is the walk through on this. Not sure why Homer's task would be stuck.

1. Have beach/water expansions (2 plots) ( Homer triggers) ( Squidport Pt. 1 )
2. Purchase Squidport entrance ($4,500) ( Homer triggers) ( Squidport Pt. 2 )
3. Place boardwalk sections ( Homer triggers) ( Squidport Pt. 3 )
4. Homer swears at the ocean (12 hours) ( Homer triggers) ( Squidport Pt. 4 )
