It was part of a musical act's stage show on a Simpsons episode so no it's not out of place. It is, however, an underwhelming prize and a poor content choice. There were an infinite amount of better content choices to pick from.

Considering the content they have been giving out as premium items in the last few weeks its quite frankly disgusting the turret doesnt *do* anything.

I didnt think about this until about 2 seconds after it was too late. Ugh!

I plan on storing it whenever I get it. It doesn't even go with the event. Or anything else.

Yup .....just unlocked it, now I've seen it for myself, I agree with others....big waste of space .....that one can go into storage and no point crafting any.

The only use would be military/naval/high security

I agree with you @Lee3472 as I think it could be used if it was designed into a military-type setting. I already put mine in storage though as I really don't have any use for it in my town :/
