Star Management star rating.
Can you increase the star rating of the characters by playing the game, or is it just by donuts? If by playing, how does that work? I can't seem to figure it out.

I really wish these things were explained from the outset, instead of making us fumble around by trial and error for the answer. If it weren't for the forum and you lovely people, I'd never know what was going on in any event!
