Start prepping for Act III
I set up my recycling plants to all be at 5 to 10 under the max, and then put everyone available on tasks at each plant separately.

Give a thought to whether or not you should go ahead and do your Friend Actions. If you're not going to do them again until tomorrow then go ahead and do them (I did). If you're gonna be awake and tapping right after the changeover, then I'd wait until the changeover (3 AM Central Time US, 2 AM Eastern, etc).
