Staying up late tonight?

10am for me, so I have plenty of time.

I can't believe I'm still up. I'm old. My bedtime is 8:30 ... "staying up late" means 9:00 ... and here it is, 11:43 PM. Stayed up determined to get the DTD for my son's town and two of my secondary towns ("two secondary towns" is an oxymoron, right?)

Current totals per town:
Son's town: 8,177 (I really went wild in that one. Squish. Squish. Squish.)
First secondary town: 8,077
Second secondary town: 8,053 (MOMENTS ago ... this one I never expected to get finished.)

I'd like to say I'm going to bed now, but I still need to stay up to put student grades into the computer system, since all day long I was tapping whilst telling my husband I was entering grades into the computer system. (As if he doesn't know me well enough to tell when I'm BSing him.) Etruscan Art essays. Yippee. :shock: :shock:

Guess I WILL be up at 1AM (which is when the clock in the game says that the next phase starts.)

Unfortunately yes. 45 more minutes and counting.

Logged in, saw there was 30 minutes to go, resolved not to squish anything so I could get a head start on rayguns (assuming it switches on time).

Then noticed that I was at 680/750 for a silver bag. Resolve immediately broken. Much carnage ensued. Got a bag. :)

Five minutes and counting! I dunno if it'll just roll into phase two, or if there'll be an update. iPad Air, and it doesn't always auto-update immediately, so I'll probably be hitting the iToonie place to see.

Long story, yes.

If you've been recently playing it, it might be still in memory. You might need to force exit it before it will update.

I was in my town when your gremlins started appearing everywhere. I really started getting some hope i was gonna make it.
140 short when the timer ended. And all those probes just vanished. Boo.

I'm going to sleep now. Almost 5am. Ugh.

I stayed up (switch happened at 4am here), but it wasn't intentional. I've been sick with the flu for almost a week, so I've been sleeping when my body tells me too. Luckily, gravol and Tylenol have kept me in a state where I have been able to function normally for a few hours here and there, so I've been able to play (and come visit my favourite forum friends).

Other than that, it's been sleeping, some tv watching and trying to hold down food. Bleh. My fever keeps coming back, but right now it's just a low grade fever. Stupid flu.

But I'll be optimistic and say yay for getting an early start on this phase of the event. :P
