Stonecutter Lodge question?

Question

I understand that number 1 and Homer's stonecutter skin was originally included with the lodge.

My question is, can anyone varify whether or not they're included with the lodge for this retro sale?

The tsto blog says they are, but the store says nothing about number 1 or the Homer skin (and they've been wrong before :/ )

Any and all help is much appreciated!

It should unlock after you do Game of Stones which is Number 1s questline. Have you done that yet @frosted1414
