- Strange how nobody moans about the corrupt Democrat mayor Joe Quimby who is a regular character and one of his tasks is "Embezzle Money"... yet one tiny little reference to the Republicans and you never hear the end of it. Immaturity.
- Enough of all this back and forth dems this, repubs that, teabagging foaming at the mouth blabbering, what we truly urgently need is a repeal of the 22nd amendment and bring back Buba himself Bill Clinton. Truly the greatest politician in modern history. :D

The Simpson's has always been left-wing. Deal with it. Story writers in a miriad of shows use it as a platform for politics.
If you're offended, then you can always put the game down and go do something else.
No * I'm a conservative but we live in the USA freedom of speech is a son of a * if you don't like it quit playing!!!- Regarding waylen, I always thought the joke was that:
A. Waylen really thinks that no one knows he is gay
And
B. The object of his true affection (mrburns) truly doesnt realise that waylan loves him!
If you are a girly poof like me it is actually a bit poignant!
I am such a softy   - People can talk politics, but here is not the place. For some reason it always degenerates into name calling, getting the thread locked or deleted. Better to not play the game.

Smithers: People like dogs, Mr. Burns.
Mr. Burns: Nonsense! Dogs are idiots. Think about it, Smithers. If I came into your house and started sniffing at your crotch and slobbering all over you, what would you say?
Smithers: If *you* did it, sir?

Well, part of the problem is that being "out" now and 20 years ago gives a fairly different context the to general obliviousness of the situation.
Edit: not that one context is less funny or poignant than another - that'll be a matter of opinion, it's just that characters who don't age present some consistency problems.- Ha, I love how the game writers incorporate politics in this game, and do so with some sting. I find it very amusing that some of you people really get this offended by a game. If someone gets offended by this, considering the harmless circumstances of this game, then it's certainly a good thing the developers do this. Since it's obviously needed. Politics should be something one could always discuss and something that one should always be able to make some fun out of. Politics is serious enough as it is, certainly some humour can't hurt. And I think this game balances the humour out well. Some of you should really get off your high horses, and quit being the moral police!
