Yay! Some like-minded thinking! I felt like I was making the mistake by not following the herd and focusing on the randos - people seem overly concerned about attacking and trying to win the big prize. Utilizing your neighbors is the way to go.
Essentially, every tap in a neighborino's town is a gift: you aren't attacking for your sake, you're giving away 20 elixir and 10 gold for each tap.
If we defend 80-85 attacks per day for the next 45 days, we will easily reach the final prize. Depending on rando attacks & friend taps in your town; your cheater attacks on rando's castles, and your (minor) attacks on neighbors, this event will be a walk in the park! :wink:
Everybody's entitled to their opinions on how to play the game, but: screw the randos! Be a good neighborino and send your nerds (and gold) to your friends.
