Strategy advice for advancing
Take your time and focus on SP, there's no rush. I know it may seem like a lot now, but in a couple months you'll get really bored between update like most long time top level players.

Personally, I'd finish all the squidport buildings first and buy enough tiles to get enough space for them. Then I'd focus on springfield and krustyland at the same time and if I have some spare money I'd invest it in a tile (they will become sooo long to build so squidport will be in fact paused). Send the krustyland chars on their main questline and everyone else on springfield. If you have to build an expensive krustyland building move everyone to KL until you get enough tickets.
