Subtle animations
Just the waste bobbing up and down in the river and Blinky popping his head above water. The waves on the seaport were mentioned a couple of days ago and the buildings when occupied have their own animations...

Yeah, I love this animation as well. One reason I never complete the quest for Chester so I can have characters donate blood for 8 hours at Bloodmobile and have that animation going on.
You dont have to have people inside. The animation is there if you tap on it....i know i tap it all the time for, fun... :P
I've never had a task to send anyone to the blood mobile, do you need Chester for it?- Every time I have a new decoration or building I tap on it, often times it has either a sound, an animation or both.

Three Eyed Sushi at SP - the fish's eyes blink in sequence.

Yeah that would been really nice to keep it for a while, I reckon itll be back next year though. I don't think theyll waste their effort for nothing, maybe they can use it for something else - like the ghost vacuum they made for Halloween, they changed a few lines of code and a bit of animation then it was a bunny zapper :D
I also havent seen the blood mobile animation but I will certainly check it out shortly along with some of the others mentioned, like sushi fish, krusty sign etc I have just noticed the blind lady justice statue animation when I accidentally clicked on it a few minutes ago which I was going to post here but someone beat me to it :) Don't know if these are new but only just noticed the Cocoa beanie on Fudge factory's roof and the bird on the Skinner house... aaahh - its always the small things that get me lol

I am a nightmare for just buying the items and putting them in my town and never checking if they actually do anything, well apart from the whale i had to check that being it cost so much :shock:
