Tapped my neighbor's coin...
I'm thinking it just resets their timer for the next one, unlike the boardwalk tiles, but like most other buildings. I was secretly hoping id steal their tile when I tapped it though. 8)

I noticed a few neighbors hadn't tapped theirs so I did it for them. You still get a ticket and I'm sure they get the coin.
