Tapping invaders

I only tap house farms or houses with "HAIL ANTS" signs near them.

You can assume Castles will be tapped every 2 hours for more nerds. Also the character houses will be tapped if they have characters doing quests in them.

Which leaves house farms, because its unlikely someone will care about a house farm. Furthermore "HAIL ANTS" signs are telling you they wont repair houses.

With 75 nerds to attack with it tends to be castles first then any houses that I see up to the 5 hits limit. I do have a soft spot for Willie's shack in that it tends to be away from the other houses so may be overlooked when defending. Don't know how reliable that is but just my little quirk.

Unless you use a cheater lol. And the bushes really emphasize that they won't defend their houses

Having almost 90 nerds per wave I don't have the time to be picky, I barely have the time to put them on the first buildings I see to avoid wasting any in the production.

When I (rarely) have more time I still go for random buildings, but first I check if there are other buildings already burning. If there's a lot of destroyed houses I drop 5 nerds on the town, if everything is clean and attackable I may skip the town, unless the wait time is fairly low.

I only do castles now at night before I log out for the 12-14 hour duration assuming everyone is tapping castles all day to collect nerds. I went from getting 300 gold a night to 2300 last night trying the new strategy. In the daytime I look for burned out houses in invaders towns assuming they are not defending and only hit houses. Trying to log in every 2 hours and deploy nerds immediately so I don't hit the limit and I still get random points here and there from defenders. I not longer defend except my castles to get nerds, so have at my town. I have yet to see a hail ants sign except for in my town. I thought that would have spread like wildfire by now. If only everyone would only attack would wouldn't have to do the log out thing.
