I'm administrator of a forum and if AE want, they ban you user name and the ip addrees where the user connect.
It's not that hard to spoof an IP address. Depending on how resourceful this little twit is, we may have to endure him for a while. In spite of what he says, eventually he'll get tired of barking at the moon.
