the train was the only thing I needed to clear the wheel, so I got that plus the Tunnel of Love ride. great gift, if you ask me.

That Valentine's Day gift was terrible.

:thumbup: Josh you got this one spot on! This Free Gift just proves that lack of interest and imagination EA is now putting into this game. The bonus gift is something you can get from the wheel? for reals? this is the bonus gift? give us a break, yes the multiplier is nice but i think most people have a few of them already . I got all of mine stashed in the shadow of the clause co building. Is this game no longer making EA money? They are making it very hard to participate in any future events if they are going to hose us like this. EA you might want to think about giving us something new, fresh and exciting to keep our interest not the same old, stale and dusty stuff you have been dishing out. you want my money? focus on new levels with new items, some new decorations we can actually use would be a nice start. Your slacking EA and its becoming glaringly obvious you no longer care about this game. Mores the pity.

I agree it's a pretty cheap prize for those who already obtained it. I had two trains before and now I have another one cluttering up my town. I guess it is nice it's a multiplier, but it would look out of place after VD.

While I'm at it, ditto goes for the weekly "mystery box" prize. Please don't give me something like a $100 tree, or parking places that I don't want. The cash prizes each day increase up to $1000 the day before the mystery box. The box should be at LEAST as good as $1000. Since I'm still building my town, cash is fine. Donuts are better (just a couple?); with cash or donuts we can spend them on items that we want, rather than having stuff sit in inventory forever.

This guy should work at EA!

Have to agree. Too many repeated decorations that I can't use and too few of others I'd could.

I'm with Josh on this one, I think a unique prize would have been nice. A gift that was both available last year AND this year for free is hardly a gift. In lieu of donuts or a unique gift, I think the idea of being able to pick an item from the wheel would have been good. I only just completed the wheel today after about 60 spins so I would have appreciated that option. At least the train gives a bonus, hide those creepy things to get it.

I have read almost all of Josh's threads and I agree with majority of them.
They should have given us something new, even if it was another crappy decoration, it should at least be something we haven't had in the game yet! I would have even preferred getting one of the love hammocks as they cost donuts and can't easily be obtained by everyone off of the wheel where you get them for free! EA used to be good at the free prize giving in my opinion, lately they have lowered my expectations of them. And joking about donuts, the cheek on them, they're probably sniggering about this.

I guess I was lucky, I got the tunnel of love for my gift. However, I'm trying to figure out what to do with 7 pink fountains. Wish I could put some of them in Krustyland.
