What is "YA distopian"? Particularly the YA part? As a big fan of the distopian future genre myself I am intrigued...- Spiff, it's young adult. Like The Hunger Games and Divergent trilogies.

Oooohhhhh... I get it! I've read Bradbury, HG Wells, Bachman, Heinlein (blech) and of course George Orwell among others. Aldous Huxley's Brave New World is on the list, but for some reason it seems like quite the undertaking -- like a vacation novel.
I haven't read anything specifically YA. Is there anything different about them? I enjoyed Hunger Games the movie... I suppose reading the books is a natural next step...
