I've checked and I can get 5 stars if I build another 6 houses, but sadly I have to decline this very tempting offer as it would mess up my town's layout pretty badly 8) Guess I have to settle for...

So that gives us 18 altogether of individual shops, close but still shy of the 20 needed for the 5 star rating.
I have 5 Stars in every category but Consumerism. And while I do not yet have the Crypto Barn, I DO have three KEMs in my Springfield, along with every other store on this list, including the LT items. Yet my rating is only 4 Stars for Consumerism, and 4.5 Stars overall.
I remain baffled by the Ratings system.
