Any ideas as to what it does?

So far it has quests for Bart and Lisa 4 hours long
  • No multiplier sadly. I got it and my number's the same as it was this morning when I checked it.
  • It gives all your kids the tasks from Halloween. I'm assuming that means the costume tasks...
  • my multiplier went up 3 percent. Stored it went down 3 percent, so yes it has a 3 percent multiplier.

Yep, 3%. Not awesome for 100 donuts, but to give all the kids their Halloween costumes year-round makes it worth it to me!
  • according to addicts it works like the moonbounce (ie4 hour task, can only send 1 kid at a time, I assume they walk around outside but who knows)

if it unlocked a 8 or 16 hour task for all the kids I would've bought it but I don't even use the moonbounce

I never remember exactly what it was, so if I can't remember, I store the item, then check my inventory. Any multiplier bonus will show in the question mark on that item's tile, otherwise it usually just says "Increases Vanity". (Yeah, great, like I need any more of those...)

Oh really? I'm definitely not getting it then. I wasn't going to get it anyway, but this seals it. Thanks!

That's EA for you. Release a $10 dlc for alternate skins that are already in the game.
