That's a good point, and Soullessmama (great, scary name) seems to confirm that just such a thing will happen.

I made my sign out of brown fences against the snow and it seems to be visible. IDK how well it's working. I do seem to be getting less bags. But I think it's mostly people returning bags that I drop.

Someone in another thread made a badge. "No gift bags" it's in my siggy now.

And I'm still collecting GC. And bags. So not tapping's not really an option that's viable for me.

It is a simple solution not to open presents but then you can't collect gift bags to give out. I have the cleared in my signature so at least those who read can avoid the bag drop

I moved my Clausco, Helter Shelter and Ice God close to my metal tree so hopefully people will see I have them (they seem to be the hardest ones to get) and save their drop offs for other neighbors.

One of the towns I visit has her needs spelled out in flowers on the snow in her LZ. It's quite easy to read, because of the little tents. That might work for others who have enough room. :)
