Isn't it about time now that we stopped kidding ourselves that Donuts are the premium currency over igc anymore? Now that even the mini-events come with a "Free with a purchase of Donuts" character...

Interesting economies of scale that I can only guess at. For @4junk3000 no item price is tempting. For me I wouldn't blink at spending the equivalent of a dozen donuts (ie $2USD) on pretty much anything. My last purchase was a few weeks ago. I can't even remember what it was (I think it came with the purchase of a dozen donuts). But upwards of $5 the item has to be something pretty special.
For others, they're happy to drop ten bucks (and more) on exclusive items.
Maybe EA are getting their pricing spot on?
