I think you should demand a refund. The deal pretty clearly promises a building, and a Ferris Wheel is definitely not a building in any meaningful sense of the word. Any of us buying the deal would expect an actual, yknow, structure, with walls...
currently in the chat with them. I am demanding a refund or a premium building that I don't have.
Good for you! Hope they see the error of their ways - feel free to tell them your story is costing them this potential customer. Let us know how it goes.
Will do!
I'll give them an ultimatum to either refund me or give me a premium building that I don't have.
- I am asking them to replace my LLD with the Open Air Stage. I have LLD

Friendly advice: having spent a significant portion of my life working in the service industry, you will probably get much, much further if you go in friendly and ask them for help. Odds are very high that the EA service reps have a certain amount of leeway in what they can and can't do for you, and the odds are even higher that if you go in demanding something they will probably choose not to give it to you.
You catch more flies with honey and all that jazz. ;)- For $35 you get 576 donuts and a building is a complete ripoff to begin with.
- Just hade Contact with EA support, not possible to exchange the Ferris wheel
- Check out this page on the Simpsons wiki. It clearly shows what buildings you "could" get and the odds of getting them. Also got the Ferris wheel case it looks like you already had one of the other items and got a Ferris wheel instead. It's all random everyone, just saying. http://simpsonswiki.com/wiki/The_Simpsons:_Tapped_Out_Summer_Donut_Sale_update

The only thing I don't have is Mount Carlmore.
I want to get the deal if I would get Mount Carlmore. But I might end up with another lard lad or another Ferris wheel.
You'll still only have a 9% chance of getting Mount Carlmore, and a 91% chance of getting either a Ferris Wheel or Lard Lad. If you want specifically Mount Carlmore, you're far better off buying the $7.99 discounted deal and getting it that way.- Sure, it sounds like a sh!tty deal alright but you should have learned by now not to trust the 'luck' element in the game...
- Am I the only one who thinks what you got is what you got. I mean you knew what you were going for when you paid for that, especially considering there was already a thread about what's in the box and the odds of getting things.
This thread reminds of how a person buys a mega millions loto, and demands a refund because he didn't win the jackpot.
EA is back to their old ways of getting people to gamble their money away, except this time they are outright asking for money. You spent it so just live with it.
Hopefully they hook you up with something you don't have but I'm not sure how likely that'll be, since they'll open the doors to everyone coming and asking for something else. Either way good luck to you.
