From the tips thread:
Building prices and build times from level 10. NOTE: You may not receive quest lines for buildings in the order listed.
Buildings in BLUE are for squidport, RED are for Krustyland, YELLOW do not have a task to build them and GREEN require Springfield Heights materials.
Quests for buildings will not unlock until prerequisite quest lines have been completed. Event related quests may take precedence over main quest lines. Levels shown are the minimum XP level ( game level ) required.

I have all the buildings before and after the mafia car. An employee added the cart to my springfield today. The questline does not start anyway. My current tasks are =
1. Mr. Burns' mountain of money (4)
2. When four stars are not enough (2)
3. World's largest mammoth tree (6)
4. The found paradise (2)
5. Above the Springfield Clouds (5)
6. God bless primal America (8)
7. Pride 2020

Can I add please don’t do multiple threads on the same topic. I’ve seen you’ve done 3. 2 of which were 10 minutes apart. These are annoying. Someone will eventually answer your pleas for help.

The only idea I have is to store the car, go to friends screen and back to your town to synchronise your game, then replace the car in your town.

I describe my problem from the beginning. The mafia car was not unlocked but marked yellow. I had done all the quest and built buildings. I got in touch with ea in Germany, where a mafia auto employee placed in my game. I have tried several times to put the characters in my inventory, visited friends, deleted the app and reinstalled it. the ea employee said that I could not be helped, i should post my case here. does anyone have another idea what i could do?

Well in that case you should try to speak again to ea as that last bit is a classic line they use to not to help you. The forum can help so far but it’s down to ea to help sort out issues us players can’t. Just keep at them
