Even though my internet is fine, during arena matches (and GW) i am constantly getting kicked out of the the app and it crashes. This happened 3 times out of ten attempts today, so I had to waste another 100 crystals on a refresh to help stay up in the top twenty and guess what; so far out of three battles and destroying the AI, I got kicked out of all of them. This is wasting me crystals and time, and as I'm F2P I am hit badly by this. 6 out of 13 arena matches have crashed, causing a loss and wasted attempt in each. I've not even mentioned GW yet, which is almost as bad. The game is crashing constantly, meaning I need to start up the app again, and try again. I don't have much time to play this game too, so I'm not even able to play it properly now. It is simply not acceptable, and if this isn't fixed soon, I will not be playing this game much longer for obvious reasons. Anyone else having similar issues?

I have never been booted during an Arena match, even if some other app notification causes the screen to pause. Perhaps the problem is with your device?

Does not happen near that much to me BUT this is an issue for sure. I have had it happen and it blows royaly. A phone call or anything can interupt the game causing an automatic loss.My suggestion is this, when any type of interuption occurs (call, drop signal, etc) it should just boot you from the match and NOT use your battle. The issue with this tho is that its easily exploited in the event your losing. I really dont see a good honest answer to this now that i think about it :(

Hmmm interesting. The game has been very stable for me on my Galaxy Note 3. Is your device in good shape? Meaning it's not junked up with 100s of apps...barely making it....kids installed every Disney app on the Internet, etc?

I put mine on airplane mode and disabled notifications, that worked for me . Good luck Bro

It's an iPad 2 with over 3 GB of storage available. It is at latest iOS but I don't seem to have this issue with other games.

I've had the same problem at times. A clean reboot takes care of it - but it is annoying as all ****.

Also it doesn't crash when notifications pop up, it just freezes for 5 seconds and then the app shuts

If you are using android, i suggest the following:

Search Google Play and see if you need to update the game app, if it's not that, uninstall the app, re-download game app. If that doesn't make it work there is 1 more thing you can try

Clear game app data
Clear Google Play app data
Clear Google Play services app data
Uninstall game app
Shut down everything else running (current programs so nothing is running)
Reinstall app.

That's every trouble shooting method I have ever had to use to fix issues with any app.
