Can't even do visits, it takes far too long. I just select at random using the list and dump what wobbly bob monsters I can. Repeat.

During events like this, try to think of it more you are helping your neighbors by dropping off the purple guys. Aren't you thrilled to see that one of your neighbors took the time to drop them off in your town? And they get rewarded in turn as well. These events are all about your neighbors.
