It seemsThat way. Although yesterday I didn't have anyone in there and the animation was going. I do hope they add a permanent job for someone in there though.

Pffffft, tell that to the BDH (bad dream house), El Chemistri, Pamento Grove, pet store, the little pig rescue center(can't spell the other word), and others.
Was happily surprised to see Pimento Grove animated for Wolfcastle and Moe's task... better than just sitting there.
