Although we haven't been since before our daughter was born, my wife MolzPink and I have been Burners since 2002 (Floating World, best theme ever). Earlier if you count the years of knowing and learning about it before we went. And I learn about this episode just a couple weeks after I took down my Burning Man to make way for my Jack-O-Lantern!



If only there would be a little in-game tie-in for this episode, I'd be even more ecstatic. But the Burning Man community is a non-commodification gift economy, so all is well. They DO however have a great sense of humor about themselves in the media. Many in the BMOrg loved the Malcom in the Middle BM episode oh so many eons ago.

Simpsons Guy is actually a family guy episode but yea looking forward to this Sunday's episode and that's an awesome design with shrubs would love to see someone try that with wooden fences

Yeah, I know it was FG, but still an epic run of episodes lately. And yes, wooden fences would be pretty cool. Very tricky, but cool. It'd Burn easier, too. :)

LOL, Burning fences would be a nice addition. I would love to see what some people would create with them. I guess since they just had an episode tie-in with the Simpsonarama episdoe, that it is too soon to have another episode tie-in? I can't remember if they have ever had back to back tie-in's. Or how close any of the episode tie-in's have been to each other. I think we have had more than one from the same season?

Anyway, the more I look at it, the more I like the burning octopus!! We have a few different cars and boats, why not el Pulpo Mechanico? Would like to see a task maybe with Frink building something for Burning Man? I would pay donuts for it, without a doubt!! I guess I need to see the episode tonight and see what happens before I say which characters should do anything. It may be too late for the episode tie-in, but we can always get this stuff further down the road with the game.

They paid the ultimate honor to Silverman by having him in the show as his alter-ego and making him the butt of a joke :lol: :mrgreen:

Too bad we didn't get a tie-in, Mr. Lassen and the Burning Guy icon as a decoration would have made for a funny little questline

And the end of the episode had a surprise cameo to boot! :shock:

Some good milhouse moments. :-)

It was a really good episode! I especially loved the the little cameo by Jason Voorhees :D
